The administration considers many aspects of an individual in determining the selection of faculty and staff.
They must profess faith in Jesus Christ as savior, adhere to Thalia Day School’s Statement of Faith, be a person of moral integrity, have a genuine love for children, and be academically qualified.
Our teachers are the backbone of our school and they stand ready to assist in all aspect of your child’s development.

  Dianne MacDonald is the Director for Thalia Day School. Her education includes an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and 15 years of experience in teaching. Dianne is also a mother of two grown children, a son & daughter. She enjoys teaching & learning!

Ms. Diane is the person to answer any questions that you may have about our wonderful schools or if you should have any questions about your account you may speak with her anytime.
Ms. Diane joined AEL in early 2004 as business manager. As business manager of Academy of Early Learning, Kings Grant Academy & Day School and Thalia Day School Ms. Diane manages accounts receivable, credit and collections functions, ensuring timely processing of billings, payments, and collections for our program revenue. She also oversees financial planning, acquisition, corporate development, and finance support for all business operations.
